This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and in the course of providing heating, cooling, heat pump, ductless, indoor air quality, and related HVAC services in Maryland, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. Information We Collect

• Information you provide: name, phone number, email, ZIP code, service address, and details of your service request when you contact us, request a quote, book service, join a maintenance plan, apply for a job, or inquire about financing.
• Communications: the content of calls, texts, and form messages. Phone calls to or from us may be recorded or monitored for quality, training, and scheduling purposes where permitted and disclosed.
• Automatic / technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar analytics data collected via cookies and similar technologies when analytics tags are active.
• Advertising / analytics identifiers: when Google Tag Manager and/or Google Analytics 4 are configured for this site (container GTM-NSFRCZH), cookie and device identifiers used to measure site performance and marketing. We name only tools actually wired for this website — we do not invent pixels that are not present.

Payment Security

Financing offered through our Financing page is completed on the lender’s own secure website or hosted iframe/redirect and is governed by that lender’s privacy policy and terms — we never see or store your full financing application or card details. Card brand logos on this site indicate accepted payment methods only; they are not an on-site card-entry form.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
