Quotes and estimates are based on information available at the time and are non-binding until confirmed in a signed service agreement; final pricing may change after on-site inspection. Financing, where offered, is provided by a third-party lender subject to that lender's terms and credit approval — we do not make credit decisions.

Website Content & AI-Assisted Material

Some website content may be generated or assisted by automated tools and is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not professional advice for your specific situation and may contain errors or omissions. Always confirm details with a Still's HVAC technician before relying on them. Binding Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. You and Still's HVAC waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to the contact below within 30 days of first accepting these Terms; opting out does not affect the other provisions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate website access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users or our business.

Severability & Changes

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. We may update these Terms from time to time; changes are effective when posted with an updated date.
